Participants will receive an XLRI VIL certificate of completion and will be eligible for the XLRI Alumni Status on completing the compulsory capstone project, the mandatory four self-paced courses from HBS Publishing, meeting all the academic requirements, and maintaining a minimum attendance of 80%.
