Associate Professor,
Human Resource Management & Strategic Management
Prof. Gurunathan is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad, and his teaching expertise lies in executive compensation, strategic human resource management, as well as wage determination and administration. He is a prolific trainer and has been a prominent consultant to the Sixth Pay Commission, Government of India, NPCIL, TCIL and Reliance India Limited to name a few. His research work has also been published in various national and international peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Area - Strategic Management
Prof. Indrajit Mukherjee holds a PGDBM and FPM from IIM Calcutta and a B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur. He has been a faculty member at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2010. His teaching interests include business turnaround, strategic transformation and growth, strategy implementation, stakeholder management and family business management.
Area - Organisational Behaviour
Prof. Rahul Sheel is a Fellow (PhD) from IIM Ahmedabad in Organisational Behaviour. His areas of interest and teaching include Managing Change, Research Design and Techniques and Organisational Behaviour. He coordinates XLRI`s online flagship Leadership Development Programme - Leadership and Change Management, having created customised training programmes for Indian Oil, Coca-Cola India, Tata Capital, NHPC, NPCIL, HAL, ONGC, JSW etc.
Area - Marketing
Prof. Pingali Venugopal has teaching, industry, consulting and research experience in the Marketing function in the Indian context for over 35 years. He is a Fellow and holds a PGD from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently he is the coordinator of the Centre for Global Management and Responsible Leadership at XLRI. He has also been a visiting faculty to leading institutes including IIM A, IIM L, IIM C, IIM I and the American University of Armenia among others.
Area - Organisational Behaviour
Prof. Premarajan R K holds a PhD from IIT Bombay and an MA in Psychology from Calicut. His areas of interest include Managerial Competencies and Career Development, Occupational Testing, Measuring HR, Organisational Structure Design and Change, Individual Behaviour in Organisation, etc.
Area - Finance
Prof. Pitabas Mohanty holds a CFA, and a PhD in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is an MA Economics gold medallist and a Fulbright Scholar from NYU-Stern. His areas of interest and teaching include Business Analysis and Valuation, Financial Modelling and Corporate Finance among others.
Area – Production, Operations & Decision Sciences
Prof Apratim Guha holds a PhD and an MA in Statistics from the University of California at Berkeley. He holds an M. Strat and B. Stat. (Hons.) from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta. Prior to XLRI, Prof Apratim was an assistant professor at IIM Ahmedabad and at the Department of Statistics and Applied Probability, National University of Singapore (NUS) and a lecturer at the School of Mathematics, Birmingham University, UK.
Area - Human Resources Management and General Management
Prof Tina Stephen holds an LLM from CUSAT, Kochi and a PhD in Law. Her areas of interest and teaching include Employment Relation Laws, Contract Law and Business Laws among others. Prior to XLRI Jamshedpur, she taught at Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune.

Participants will be awarded a completion certificate from XLRI on completing all evaluation components, including the capstone project and maintaining a minimum attendance of 70%.
