To that effect, this hands-on capstone project enables participants to assimilate their learnings from the theoretical concepts in the modules within the framework of real-world business challenges, under the guidance of experienced XLRI faculty.

    Immersive Learning at XLRI

    The 8-day Campus Immersion at XLRI, conducted across two visits from 7–10 November 2025 and 19–21 June 2026, provided participants with an immersive on-campus learning experience that complemented the live online curriculum. Through faculty-led sessions, hands-on discussions, peer learning and networking opportunities, participants deepened their understanding of strategic human resource management, leadership, organisational transformation and future-ready people practices. The immersion also enabled executives to engage with a diverse cohort of senior HR leaders and build meaningful professional connections within the XLRI Executive Education community.
