This executive diploma programme is most beneficial for:
The optional capstone project combines theoretical concepts learnt in the programme modules with practical insights to address real-world business challenges. The project helps foster hands-on learning which is a critical part of the programme learning experience and is guided by the expertise of the programme faculty and industry practitioners.

- Modules/ topics are indicative only, and the suggested time and sequence may be dropped/ modified/ adapted to fit the total programme hours.
- The dates of the in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated after the Jharkhand State Government permits Higher Education Institutions to conduct in-campus sessions and programmes. Attendance to the in-campus module is MANDATORY for all participants. The in-campus modules are subjected to the conditions that prevail at the point of time. These conditions pertain to the Pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the current situation maintains the status quo, adequate alternate options with regards to the in-campus modules will be made available via online sessions.
Academic Area: Finance
Dr Santosh Sangem has been the Assistant Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur since December 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant and an FPM from IIM Calcutta. His research interests are in macroeconomics, financial analysis, banking, corporate finance and business transformation. He has conducted executive education programmes for several companies including Accenture, Capgemini, Viacom, L&T and ONGC.
Academic Area: Strategic Management
Dr Indrajit Mukherjee is a faculty member of XLRI Jamshedpur from 2010. His interests in teaching and training include business turnaround, strategic transformation and growth, strategy implementation, stakeholder management and family business management. With a hand-on industry experience of developing and managing new lines of business and rejuvenating existing ones, his forte lies in mentoring his students to apply the tools/ theory learnt in a real business context.
Academic Area: Production, Operations & Decision Sciences
Prof Rajiv Mishra started his career as a Graduate Trainee with Ashok Leyland Operations and then worked for Tata-Robins-Fraser (TRF) in Operations for the next 22 years. He joined XLRI in 2005 and teaches courses in production planning and control, project management, operations management and strategies for manufacturing, among others. He is also on the advisory board of Yellow Giraffe, a toy e-retailing company based in Mumbai, India.

Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be conferred with the "Executive Diploma in Advanced Management for Senior Managers" from XLRI Jamshedpur. Participants will be eligible for the XLRI Alumni Status on attending the campus immersion, meeting all the academic requirements as laid down in the XLRI Policy, and maintaining a minimum attendance of 80%.
